And the worst part was that I so wanted to parent from a place of love and respect. But I was too tired to do that. I found myself losing my temper with my children. I was angry and frustrated and it was affecting my marriage.

I was one of the âFirst 50âłÂ graduates of The Gentle Sleep Coaching Program, which is currently the most extensive and professional sleep-certification program available. The program involves over 80 hours of training, case supervision with Kim West, and a certification exam.  Kim has been helping tired parents for over seventeen years and sheâs the industry expert.
